RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY

Customer satisfaction is one of our highest priorities, and we want you to feel confident and appreciated every step of the way. Enjoy free standard shipping on all U.S. orders, and rest assured that we’re here to assist you if you need to make a return or exchange. Return/Exchange Rules

We accept returns/exchanges within 14 days of purchase. To qualify for a return/exchange, items must meet the following criteria:

  • Condition: Unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received.
  • Packaging: Original packaging with tags attached.
  • Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Items that fail to meet these requirements may result in a denied return/exchange. If a return/exchange is rejected, we will gladly send the item(s) back to you upon request. Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method. Approved exchanges will be processed and the item/s requested for exchange will be shipped to you in 3-4 business days.

We cannot accept returns or exchanges for the following:

  • Discounted Items
  • Sale Items
  • Final Sale Items
  • Digital Gift Cards


Return/Exchange Insurance

For a more seamless online shopping experience, we offer Return/Exchange Insurance for a small fee of $4.98 at checkout. If you select this option, your return/exchange shipping costs will be covered should you need to return/exchange your order.

If you choose not to purchase Return/Exchange Insurance, you may still request a return/exchange, but a shipping fee of $13 will be applied.

 

Refunds

Once your returned item(s) are received, we will inspect them and notify you of the outcome.

  • Approved Returns: Refunds will be processed to your original payment method.
  • Rejected Returns: Items will be shipped back to you upon request. Rejected returns are not eligible for exchanges or Digital Gift Cards. We do not offer store credit.

 

Shipping

  • Processing: Orders are shipped within 3-4 business days after purchase.
  • Standard Shipping: Free for all U.S. orders.
  • Express Shipping: Need your order faster? Choose express shipping at checkout for an additional fee.
  • Return/Exchange Shipping: Free for orders with Return/Exchange Insurance. Without insurance, a $13 fee applies for return/exchange shipping.

If an item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at support@eravela.com with photos of the issue for assistance.
