Return/Exchange Insurance

To enhance your online shopping experience, we offer optional Return/Exchange Insurance for a small fee of $4.98 at checkout. By selecting this option, you can enjoy peace of mind knowing that:

• Hassle-Free Returns/Exchanges: If you need to return or exchange your order, we’ll cover the return/exchange shipping costs, making the process easier and more affordable.
• No Unexpected Fees: Return/exchange shipping fees are waived for insured orders, so you can focus on finding the perfect item.

If you decide not to purchase Return/Exchange Insurance, you may still request a return or exchange. However, an $13 shipping fee will apply to cover the cost of shipping the item(s) back to us.

Exchange Shipping

Once your exchange request has been shipped back to Eravela, approved, and processed, your replacement item(s) will be shipped within 3-4 business days. All exchanges are mailed via standard U.S. shipping.
